Eduardo was a two year varsity letterman who played for the Vikings in 2007 and 2008. Although he never moved into the starting line up Eduardo always lived up to his responsibilities and attended practice on a consistent basis. He contributed to the team's preparation by contributing as a scout team player on a daily basis. He will probably best be remembered for throwing the CLAW against University City High School his senior year. Eduardo's picture prefect tackle earned him the Defensive Claw award and stunned not only the UC ball carrier but also his coaches and  teammates who had never before seen  him exhibit such physical play. It was a good moment for all of us and a fitting reward for a player who quietly did everything that was asked of him. This dedication is something that his coaches will forever appreciate.
