I am enclosing the article on speed training that we spoke about the other day. We don’t have electronic timers, but there are still many concepts in the article that you can put to good use. P.S. I caught part of the baseball game yesterday and Ryan was playing left field. I asked him how he did at the plate and he said they were DH’ing for him. I guess he can’t hit! Tell him that it gave me a good idea. I'm going to “DH” for him during our football games. I’ll take him out every time someone is going to throw a pass.
