I am enclosing a couple of articles that will be of interest to you.  We spoke about changing a lifting routine when you seem to be stalled in regards to strength gains.  The first article, "Aggressive Strength Training for the Upper Body," is an example of one of many programs that could possibly help.

The second article is an off-season football conditioning program that fits nicely with athletes like you who are playing baseball but still want to train for football.  If you try either workout, let me know as I'm interested in knowing what type of results you get.

There is an interesting comment on dietary supplements in the second article.  Perhaps you can share it with Mike (Breadstick Man).  I don't know if he's interested as he admitted that he isn't training and he doesn't seem to be too concerned.  Or perhaps you might want to share it with some of the other guys who will be playing baseball also.  Keep in touch.
