I’m  sorry t hat I couldn’t  talk to you  at length in the  weight room  about the  Star  Chamber  meeting  that you missed in  June. I   know  you  said  you   were going to talk to  Mike  and perhaps  you  have already  gotten  your letter  from him. Still, I want to be sure that  you are aware of  what  your  special responsibility  is so I am enclosing a copy of your  letter. Later on I’m  sure you  will be able to find out what  all the other  members are responsible for.

I hope to have the  Star Chamber meet in mid August before the start of  football  practice. Mike  will  contact you regarding the time and place. I  hope  you will be  able to make  this meeting. You  have  the record for most missed meetings. You will  probably grow  up to be a  politician! A very special  announcement  will  be  made at this meeting, so  try  to be there.
